14 parcels – prefab

The 14 parcels project represents PMa’s most recent research into prefabricated construction. The home has been designed in basic building blocks that fit within modular fabrication and shipping dimensions. As a comparison and possible alternate building system, the house is also being priced as a light gauge / stressed skin kit system.
